Decent receiver
Strengths:  Multiple inputs, Sony name
Weaknesses:  Remote and surround is not that intuitive
Review:  I am not an audiophile but as a novice to home theater receivers this Sony STR-DG510 fits the bill. It has multiple inputs and was easy to set up. It's perfect for a small room or bedroom. I would buy again for the price I paid (under $100).

Strengths:  Plays cutting edge audio, 3 hdmi inputs, excellent value for the money.
Weaknesses:  Possibly not enough power for some applications.
Review:  I just upgraded to Blu-Ray and soon discovered that I couldn't play the latest & greatest audio with my former amp. In fact, with Ice Age Meltdown I could not get multichannel in English with my setup. Quality Reciever from SONY
Strengths:  7.1 audio with tons of power
Weaknesses:  cost
Review:  I purchased two of these. I use one for a 7.1 surround theater room and the other is a 5.1 setup for games and tv viewing. Easy to setup and have not had any problems with it to date.
